Vanda coerulea, Griff. ex Lindl. 1847 is accepted species by POWO (Kew). The native range of this species is Arunachal Pradesh to China (S. Yunnan) and Indo-China. It is an epiphytic subshrub and grows primarily in the wet tropical biome.
