Phragmipedium Driftless (Phrag. Augres flavum 'Penns View' AM/AOS x Phrag. schlimii var. manzurii albiflora 'Verde' (syn. Phrag. manzurii)) was originated by W. Goldner and registered by Woodstream in 2020. Phrag. Driftless has several Phrag. species in the background: Phrag. schlimii var. manzurii, Phrag. besseae, Phrag. longifolium, Phrag. schlimii.

Description:

The candidate has one flower and one bud on one staked inflorescence.

The flower color is soft light yellow, pouch is soft coral pink. Plant height with the flower is 26 cm, plant width is 28 cm. Growing in 2.5 inch plastic pot in bark.

One charming, well-proportioned, beautifully colored flower and one bud on one 24-cm, sequentially blooming inflorescence; sepals and petals elliptical, soft yellow, proximally flushed rose pink; dorsal sepal apiculate, apex slightly cupped; petals held horizontal, apices slightly reflexed, basally hispid;  pouch soft yellow, more heavily flushed rose pink, rim dark rose pink, basally overlaid butter yellow; staminode trapezoidal, butter yellow, apical bilateral dark pink spots; substance firm; texture velvety-crystalline.
