Rhipidoglossum millarii (Bolus), Farminhao and Stevart 2018 is accepted species by POWO (Kew). The native range of this species is SE. Cape Prov. to SW. KwanZulu-Natal (South Africa). It is a epiphytic subshrub and grows primarily in the subtropical biome.

Description (tipo form - pink color):
There are approximately 120 flowers and no buds on seven up to 6-cm inflorescences. Plant is 27-cm wide by 26-cm high. Plant mounted on bark cork 15-cm wide by 35-cm high. Spur is 2.3-cm long and included in flower measurements (NS vertical). This plant was purchased from Afri Orchids.
